Supernova
A new dawn rises over this Planet and its Moon. Faraway, a Star has died. The death results in a massive thermonuclear explosion called a Supernova. The explosion scatters debris over millions of miles and seeds the surrounding area with the elements necessary for life. In time, this glowing cloud of debris will coalesce into a solar system. It is interesting to know that all the gold in your jewelry, all the iron in your blood, everything we are made of was formed in the heart of a dying star.
